Corporate Events

The Amantes de Teruel Foundation offers the possibility of renting exclusive spaces within the Foundation to host events, presentations, and activities of interest. 

The Foundation provides two large spaces for presentations and cocktails: the Cloister and the Garden of San Pedro. Another space available for concerts is the San Pedro Church. There are also areas for small meetings and corporate events: the Education Room and the Projection Room of the Mausoleum of the Lovers. 

These spaces are primarily dedicated to the activities of the Amantes Foundation and, therefore, are only available for corporate use at restricted times and dates.

Mausoleum of the Amantes - Main Hall

Due to its location, it is the ideal place to serve cocktails to a smaller group of guests than in the cloister or during the winter season.

Details:

  • Maximum capacity of 50 people 
  • Sound and lighting connections in all corners. 
  • Availability: every day of the year except August when the Mausoleum is closed to the public. 
Mausoleum of the Amantes - Educational Classroom

A space for holding meetings and talks for a maximum of 50 people.

  • Maximum capacity of 50 people. 
  • Suitable for small meetings and talks. 
  • Availability: every day of the year. 
Mausoleum of the Amantes - Projection Room

A space for holding meetings and talks for a maximum of 50 people. 

Details: 

  • -Equipped with the most advanced audiovisual systems. 
  • Maximum capacity of 50 people 
  • Projection service, computer presentations, video, DVD, and cinema. 
  •  For small presentations and talks 
  • Availability: possible any day when the Mausoleum is closed. 
San Pedro Church

San Pedro Church is one of the most emblematic spaces of the Amantes de Teruel Foundation. It constitutes an extraordinary venue for institutional events and concerts. 

Details: 

  •  Surface area: church nave 422 m2 including the lower choir, which has an area of 50m2. (The dimensions of the altar area are not included in this surface). The dimensions of the altar area are 12.80 m x 3.84 m. 
  • Capacity: 370 people. 
  • Lighting and sound connections with a capacity of 30kw. 
  • Different Uses: Anniversaries, award ceremonies, institutional presentations, and concerts. 
  • Its use is subject to permission from the Bishopric of Teruel. 
San Pedro Cloister

Due to its characteristics, small meetings, presentations, press conferences, and concerts can be held here. 

Details: 

– Uncovered space. 

– Maximum capacity of 200 people (150 seated), with independent access from the exhibition spaces. 

– Sound and lighting connections in all corners. 

– Availability: every day of the year except August.

San Pedro Garden

Due to its location next to the San Pedro Cloister and Church, it is the ideal place to offer refreshments as a complement to an event taking place in the Cloister or Church, or simply to serve cocktails to a group of guests. 

Details: 

– Uncovered space. 

– Dimensions: 200 m2 with a capacity of up to 300 standing people (150-200 seated). Independent access from the exhibition spaces. 

– Type of use: cocktails, concerts, complementary service to those of the Cloister. 

– Availability: every day of the year.

Fixed Rental: €350

*To this rate are added the necessary hours during visiting hours, which vary according to the season

*Within visiting hours

High Season (Every weekend of the year, holidays, and days of May, June, July, and September): €425 per hour.

Mid-Season: (Months of March, April, October, and November except weekends and holidays): €325 per hour.

Low Season (Months of January, February, and December except weekends and holidays): €175 per hour.

*Outside of visiting hours (starting from 8:00 p.m.)

€175 per hour.

This price includes.

  • Proper rental of the space
  • Lighting, etc. (*)

In August, holidays, and other dates at the discretion of the Foundation, rentals are not available. Please consult with the Foundation in advance. 

(*) COST PER HOUR – Rental hours will be counted from the moment setup begins until it is completely dismantled.
